There are now four full companies in the colored regiment, at Readville. The men are improving rapidly in drill, and the officers are confident that it will be an excellent regiment. …About fifty soldiers, recruited in Albany and Western New York, arrived in Boston on Friday of last week, en route for the camp of the 54th (colored) regiment at Readville.
