Loyal Governors Meet

Meeting of the Loyal Governors.   Governor Andrew arrived in New York yesterday morning, on his way to attend a meeting of the Governors of all the loyal States, at Altona, Blair Co., Pa.  It is understood that this Convention assembles at the suggestion of Gov. Todd, the Democratic Governor of Ohio, and Gov. Pierrepont of Western Virginia, and other conservative heads of State governments arranged most of the preliminaries.  The influence of this consultation must be highly conducive to the public good.
