NEGRO TROUBLES IN NEW ORLEANS

Negro Troubles in New Orleans.   The negroes of New Orleans are being made sensible that the whites are afraid of them.  The negro churches have been closed; several steamboat crews of blacks, both slave and free, have been locked up, and every measure resorted to prevent servile insurrection.
