New Movement by Women

New Movement  — It appears by a communication in the Boston Liberator, that an association of women has been formed in Essex County, in this State, for the benevolent purpose of enlisting the women of the South in behalf of the down-trodden slave.  A letter  has already been addressed to several ladies by this association, and sufficient time has not elapsed to learn the result.  An enterprise which has such a noble object in view deserves encouragement from the community, as it will receive the smiles of Providence.  Our sympathies are with every movement that will end to alleviate suffering humanity. – Quincy Patriot
