Offer to Sell the Fugitive Burns  — Rev. Mr. Grimes, the colored clergyman in this city, stated in the morning prayer meeting in the Old South Chapel yesterday morning, that he held the written contract of the master of the fugitive slave Burns, to sell him for the sum of $1800.   Mr. Grimes also said that he had, already raised full one half of that required sum, and he had no doubt that the rest  would be subscribed, and that he should soon have the pleasure of introducing Burns to those who attend that meeting.
