St. Albans, Vermont invaded by Canadian refugees

St. Albans, Vermont, has been invaded by rebel refugees, from Canada – they robbed three banks of $150,000, stole horses and property of other kinds, killed one man, and wounded several.  Fifteen villains have been arrested in Canada, and some of the money recovered.
