Flag Raising in Cambridgeport. A number of colored citizens of Cambridgeport raised a fine flag bearing the names of Lincoln and Johnson, on Washington street, on Monday evening. The Cambridge Brass Band was in attendance. Speeches were made by Alderman Folger, and others. The occasion was a very successful and enthusiastic.
A meeting of the colored citizens of Boston was held in the vestry of the 12th Baptist Church last week, for the purpose of forming a society to be called the, “West End Lincoln and Johnson Club”, when the following officers were elected: President, John S. Rock, Esq.,
