New Society in Attleboro
At a meeting of the abolitionists from the different societies in Attleboro, …..it was voted, that this meeting deem it expedient to form such a society ….. the following gentlemen were chosen officers:
Hon. Lemuel May, President S. M. Stanley, Moses Wilmarth, Vice Presidents
Saml. Shove, Secretary H.H. Brown, Treasurer
