1000 Delegates to American Anti-Slavery Society 1840 Meeting

The Roll of Members and Delegates for the AASS annual meeting, shown in three columns by state, town, with names of persons.  A total of 906 with a  note indicating possible mistakes.  …”The whole number of votes on the question opposing Abby Kelley to be a member of the Business Committee, was 1,008 names. ..”    People are listed from Maine, New Hampshire,  Vermont, Massachusetts,  Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Iowa, Indiana,  Illinois, Michigan, and Upper Canada, with another list of  Residences Not Given.
