Pamphlet] from National Convention of Colored Men

An Interesting Pamphlet     We have received, in a handsome pamphlet form, the Proceedings of the National  Convention of Colored Men,  held in Syracuse, N.Y. on the 4^th, 5^th. 6^th and 7^th October; with the Bill of Wrongs and Rights, and the Address to the American People.  These are deeply interesting, and evince talent of a superior order on the part of those who participated in them.
