Fred Douglass delivered an address last Thursday night to an immense audience at the Bethel Church, Baltimore. He was accompanied by his sister, a freed Maryland slave, whom he had not seen since he made his escape, thirty years ago. A number of white persons were present, and the enthusiasm of the colored population was at high pitch of excitement. His advice to them was most excellent. — Baltimore American.
