Support from a Penitent Slaveholder

From the Christian Reflector, an article, A Penitent Slaveholder.  It is signed only, “A Friend of Freedom, O.S.C.”  The writer says that his/her father was a slaveholder, and recounts some of what they learned in that environment, ideas which are now rejected.  Offers encouragement:  “May your publication long continue to be a faithful monitor to the vicious and sinful, and in the cause of freedom.”
