For some few years past, the African M. E. Conference has held its annual meetings in Baltimore in the month of April. The Sun says: – “The Board of Police deems such as assemblage unlawful, as it infracts a provision of the Code which prohibits the assembling in this State of non-resident colored people, and have, therefore, given instructions to forbid the meeting.”
