Religious Testimony Against Slavery

The Thirtieth Session of the ‘Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in North America, held in Ohio, has adopted Resolutions on Slavery, included here.  The Chairman, N. R. Johnson, claims this to be “the most direct and uncompromising testimony against the ‘sum of all villanies’ that has ever been delivered by any religious body since the days of John Wesley.”
