This Society celebrated its first anniversary, Oct. 3, 1832; at which time they listened to an address delivered by Master William Fowler, in which he encouraged them to persevere in the laudable undertaking, and not be discouraged. The thanks of the Society were presented to him for his discourse. The Preamble and Articles of the Constitution are included. Officers of the Society are Enoch L. Stallad, President, Nestor P.
