The new city hall building on School street was dedicated on Monday with appropriate ceremonies, which took place in the spacious and elegant Common Council Chamber, on the upper floor. The gallery and the spare seats on the floor were occupied by spectators, and among those on each side of the chair were the Mayors of Charlestown and Roxbury, Hon. A. H.
