Removal of Judge Loring

Here is the report of the Committee on Federal Relations, which cites its reasons for a request that Governor Henry J. Gardner “with the advice and consent of the Council’, remove Edward Greeley Loring from the office of Judge of Probate for the county of Suffolk.”
