The Rev. Nathaniel Paul, agent of the Wilberforce settlement in Canada, and formerly pastor of the African Baptist Church in this city, arrived here on Wednesday, the 10 the Aug, bringing with him letters of instruction and other credentials, authorizing him to visit Great Britain, to solicit such aid as may be conducive to the prosperity and future welfare of that infant settlement. ….
