Public Meeting From the Charleston Mercury   “At a meeting of the citizens of Bamberg, held on the evening of the 29th instant, to approve of Senator Brook’s course of treatment to Charles Sumner, W.T. Easterlin, Esq., was called to the chair, and Dr. E.T.
